Candidate selection

The selection process comprises an interview with a recruiter and manager. The interview is conducted in person, at our business centres in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Niš, or on the petrol station in the place where you live. If it is not possible to conduct a person-to-person interview, we may get to know each other in a telephone or Skype call.

An interview is a conversation that can help us become better acquainted. We will learn about your professional experience and interests, and you will receive detailed information about our company, the position you are applying for, and employment conditions. We are here to answer all your questions and resolve any ambiguities.

If there are, the transportation costs are covered by us.

Candidate selection

The cooperation will continue with those candidates who have shown the greatest motivation and interest, but also whose experience and skills best match the position requirements. If we decide to select you, you will get a feedback and the employment process will be initiated. The candidates who are not selected also receive a feedback, most often by e-mail.

If you left a strong impression but were not promptly hired, our colleagues will stay in touch with you and will call you immediately when a new vacancy occurs.
