Gazprom Krnješevci petrol station was opened on the Belgrade-Šid highway

Wanting to offer consumers in Serbia the highest quality products and services in as many of its facilities as possible, NIS has opened another digital petrol station on the Belgrade-Šid expressway.

Wanting to offer consumers in Serbia the highest quality products and services in as many of its facilities as possible, NIS has opened another digital petrol station on the Belgrade-Šid expressway.

It is the third Gazprom-branded facility in our country offering consumers a unique experience by combining modern technologies and top quality products and services. The new petrol station “Krnješevci” was built on the site of the former NIS Petrol-branded “double access” facility, i.e. it has access both from the expressway and from a side road leading to nearby settlements which has no access to the expressway.

The facility was built in accordance with the highest safety and environmental standards, and it will create 26 new jobs. In addition to the highest quality petroleum products and a wide selection of additional product assortment, consumers will be able to use a mini-gym and a children’s playground. One of the key features of the petrol station Krnješevci is its large screens informing the customers about the offers and special lighting during the night. The Krnješevci petrol station is the third facility of this kind within the NIS retail network, in addition to Velika Plana – right and Stari Banovci petrol stations that were opened in May and August 2019, respectively. To celebrate the opening of the new petrol station, NIS secured adequate gifts for consumers who buy at least 25 litres of any oil product by 31 December.

Alexei Chernikov, director of the Sales and Distribution Block said:

As part of its business strategy, one of the most important directions for the development of NIS is the modernisation of its retail network both in Serbia and the region. By opening state-of-the-art facilities, such as the petrol station "Krnješevci", we implement the set goals. At the same time, we continue to maintain good relationships with consumers who are offered a mix of modern technologies and top quality products. So, the new petrol station is our gift to consumers for the end of 2019, and we will keep up the same trend in the year ahead.

NIS operates a network comprising more than 400 petrol stations in Serbia and the region under two retail brands: NIS Petrol and Gazprom. Besides Serbia, NIS operates petrol stations under a premium brand of Gazprom in the markets of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria and Romania. Featuring a carefully selected offer of top-quality fuels, an additional assortment of products, as well as by constantly improving its services and products, Gazprom petrol stations are set to meet the needs of the most demanding consumers. The Krnješevci gas station is the 23rd retail facility opened under this premium brand in Serbia.
